MBC was selected as design-build general contractor for this 3-story, 8-unit facility located in The Village development at Lake Martin. Working with conceptual drawings provided by architect Nichols-Meinart (Montgomery, AL), and owner Village Villas, LLC, MBC provided significant value engineering services before and during construction to ensure the project was delivered under budget and on schedule.
