By using local produce and meats, clientele is assured a fresh, delicious dining experience every time. All meats are prepared using the Big Green Egg®, allowing for each dish to be packed with flavor without the added fat.
The eatery opened it’s first location in Homewood in 2010, followed by Crestline and Summit over the next five years. Murray was selected as the General Contractor on all three projects.
The Homewood project included a 2,624 SF redevelopment of the former Lenny’s Sub Shop in Homewood. The restaurant is located near the trendy SOHO district and serves both lunch and dinner. Finishes include oak trim and features typical to the Urban Cookhouse brand. The restaurant can accommodate business meetings or family dining.
