Covenant Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall and Common Area Renovations

Prev

Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA) was founded in 1978 and is situated uniquely near the intersection of the Homewood, Vestavia Hills, and Mountain Brook communities. CPC’s mission is to glorify God by proclaiming the truth and grace of Jesus Christ to our community and the world.

Back to Institutional Projects

In 2016, Covenant set out to improve its facilities by renovating the Fellowship Hall building and creating renovated common areas within the church to promote gathering and the extension of Gospel Hospitality. MBC added value by assisting the building committee with preconstruction services and budgeting during the design phase.  This helped the design to progress within budget and allowed MBC to consult on constructability of the design and phase planning for construction in an occupied facility.  The trust developed between MBC, the building committee, and the congregation was essential in completion of a project that exceeded the expectations of all parties involved.  The project was truly a team effort with a high quality result.
