MBC was separately awarded these three important projects as a part of an extremely active campus renovation initiative. All three projects involved interior and infrastructure upgrades to existing buildings. Ten Hoor Hall houses classrooms and faculty offices for American studies, anthropology, history, philosophy, and political science. MBC performed an extensive, 8 month renovation of multiple floors that involved heavy MEP renovations, exterior improvements, and interior finish upgrades. Doster Hall is the main home of the College of Human and Environmental Sciences that underwent an interior renovation that was carefully coordinated around existing occupancy needs with night, weekend, and after hours work. Bryce Chapel involved a unique renovation of the existing chapel on the university-acquired old Bryce Hospital campus into a new home for the Opera Theater Program and the School of Music recording studio.
