• Construction Management
- As Construction Manager, MBC serves as a consultant to
the owner or
award
authority in managing the construction project. Our team is prepared
to get involved at the conceptual
stage, construction stage, or anywhere in-between. In the
Construction Management delivery method,
MBC is prepared to provide a full range of estimating services;
define scopes of work, bid packages,
and trade contractor bid lists; provide bid management services; and
provide construction administration
services. In this delivery method, the trade contracts may be held
by the owner or award authority,
or MBC may be involved in an “at-risk” basis whereby performance of
the trade contractors is guaranteed.
• Design-Build Construction - As Design-Build
Contractor, MBC serves as a single point of contact for the
owner
or award authority and typically joins the project team early in the
process, taking responsibility for the
design services. This method is an efficient way for owners or award
authorities to streamline the construction
process and ensure the best construction coordination during the
design phase.
• Program Management - As Program Manager,
MBC serves as a consultant to the award authority or
owner
in managing the complete construction program from start to finish.
In addition to the typical Construction
Management services, we assist our clients with services such as
project feasibility assessment, site selection, budget development, financing, consultant selection,
and contract negotiations.
