The quality of construction Twin Commercial put in this building far supersedes the normal quality our inspectors view in the field. I was very surprised on how quickly you corrected the items I had during my inspection visits. Normally corrections are not completed in that short of a time frame.

The suite that Murray Building Company built out for us in Homewood was approximately 2,300 SF housing seven employees. It was an unusual situation in that we looked at a variety of locations with one of them being the second floor of 2907 Central Avenue. Our corporate policy does not allow for occupying a suite that is not ADA compliant, and the building did not have an elevator. Knowing that, Murray Construction offered up their own suite on the first floor of the building which was under construction and nearing completion. Our tour of the suite showed it to be an excellent quality build-out with ceiling, millwork and finishing work that was well done. To meet our needs, it required removing a wall, modifying some flooring transitions and electrical work, and adding a server room with supplemental HVAC.

We had a local architect draw up the changes. Murray Construction worked quickly to help us meet a deadline forced by our existing lease. Daniel Murray and his crew were extremely easy to work with throughout the process and were there during our move-in to help with any small items that came up with our low voltage and AV subcontractors.

Bottom line… Murray Construction’s work came in on time and under budget.
